Withdrawal Policy
If your wallet balance (excluding sign-up bonus and cashback) exceeds LKR 5000 at month-end, we’ll transfer it to your bank account within 3 working days.
Sign-up bonus is withdrawable only after reaching a total of LKR 10,000 in transactions.
Important Rules
- BDM assignment is permanent — you cannot change your BDM after registration.
